Sioufas & Colaboratorii’s practice in the insolvency field is oriented towards diminishing the risks of our clients in connection with the payment defaults of the natural and legal persons with whom the latter enter into commercial relations.

The services that we render in this field consists in monitoring the debtors portfolios, drafting claims for registrations in the creditors’ table, following the insolvency procedure and representing the creditors during the implementation of the reorganization plans or during the bankruptcy procedure.
